We offer optional booking protection so that if the unexpected happens - illness, an emergency, or a change of circumstance - before your stay, you're not simply left out of pocket.

The best way to understand exactly what's covered for your dates is to call us directly when you book - we're happy to talk you through the options and the full terms in plain English, rather than leave you to interpret a policy document alone.

If your circumstances change ahead of a booked stay, please call as soon as you can. The sooner we know, the more we can usually help.
