Booking Terms & Conditions

By booking a stay at Wharton Lodge Cottages you agree to the following terms.

Your booking

Dates, prices and any special arrangements (dogs, cots, EV charging) are confirmed in writing at the time of booking.

Arrival and departure

Cottages are available from 3.30pm on the day of arrival, and we ask guests to vacate by 10.30am on departure so each cottage can be prepared to a high standard for the next guests.

Dogs

One well-behaved dog is welcome in Grosvenor or Harewood by prior arrangement only.

Smoking

All cottages are strictly non-smoking.
